You may not use Knowvance for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform or interfere with any other party's use of the platform.

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features of Knowvance require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

The Knowvance platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Knowvance and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Knowvance's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Knowvance makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Knowvance be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Knowvance is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
